EnzUryl® D-Mannose is a food supplement of D-Mannose, liposomal enflog® (proteolytic enzyme complex: Bromelain, Papain, Protease from mushroom), Hyaluronic Acid and Inulin.
D-Mannose is a simple sugar that, when taken orally, is poorly absorbed by the body’s cells and only partially metabolized, but almost completely eliminated via the urinary and intestinal tract, so it does not contribute a significant proportion of calories. It possesses, however, a high affinity for the surface molecules of many bacteria, particularly E.coli, to which it binds by competitively inhibiting their adhesion to the bladder mucosa and promoting their elimination through the urine.
liposomal enflog® is a complex of plant enzymes (Bromelain from pineapple stem, Papain from papaya, Protease from Aspergilus oryzae fungus) with standardized proteolytic activity and in liposomal form. This precise set of enzymes was designed to act synergistically and with specificity toward protein substrates of interest under conditions of different pH. The liposomal form, consisting of tiny vesicles of plant phospholipids, incorporates the enzymes by protecting them from gastric digestion.
Hyaluronic acid is a polysaccharide naturally present in the connective tissues of the body. Supplementation of Hyaluronic Acid can promote proper hydration and protection of mucous membranes. Proper tissue trophism promotes resistance to attack by external agents, especially “bad” bacteria.
Inulin is a soluble fiber that promotes the balance of intestinal flora, stimulating the proliferation of beneficial bacteria at the expense of potentially harmful ones and limiting their potential passage into the urinary tract.

Posology and method of use:
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 sachets daily (one in the morning and one in the evening) by dissolving the contents of one sachet in a large glass of water (about 150 ml)
Supplements should not be understood as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
